A quick note to let everyone know if you have not received a recent order, it’s been due to family illness & hospitalisation.

Apologies for this unavoidable delay, & please note any new orders will not be processed until AFTER the 31st April, as we’ll be away in hospital.

All enquiries & orders will be attended to as quickly as possible after that time.

Yes folks, Easter ordering has begun!

Remember all Easter stock is made to order, & deliveries will be made towards the end of March as stock is ready.

Please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as orders must be in before 3pm Friday 26th February to guarantee supply.

Your whole order will be sent in March, therefore two orders may be better if other products are required earlier, as postage cost only covers one order.

We also have a Failsafe Bunny Lollipop this year, I will have a picture in a couple of days…it IS a large lollipop!

Other Easter products will be added as confirmation of availability is given to me…fingers crossed!

Wow… it’s hard to believe almost a year has gone by since last years Easter time flood here..even harder to believe we are still not back in our own home!

Your patience has been appreciated with the supply problems we have had this Christmas, but all orders have been dispatched on time, & Aus Post willing, all will be delivered.

More Plain, Citric & Rosey Candy Canes & Rosies  have been ordered, they are expected in approx 10 days, though I have my fingers crossed for earlier delivery.

Orange Blossom Candy Canes & South Poles are available now.

If ordering from now on please choose Express Post, though delivery dates cannot be guaranteed this close to Christmas due to the supply issues.

A quick update on ordering for Christmas delivery.

I have just received another Christmas stock order (late delivery, due to manufacturer difficulties) we are packing and sending as quickly as possible, & orders are still flooding in.

Any orders placed from today on cannot be guaranteed for delivery, however rest assured we will do our very best to fill all orders.

When ordering, please let us know if you would like substitution of any product, should one be out of stock further toward Christmas,  otherwise we will hold your order until all stock is available.

We will use courier or Aus Post for the same price to get the orders out on time, but please be aware couriers cannot deliver to a PO box, & some areas are out of their delivery range.

Orange Blossom Candy Canes & South Poles have been added to our stock as well.

Our Christmas stock has not all arrived due to a break in suffered by the manufacturers, & being all handmade in a small business, this has put them behind with orders. I have been assured they are working as quickly as possible to catch up, so I am anticipating early next week at the latest.

Orders are posted out when all items have been received & packaged, & please be assured we work as quickly as possible to get your orders out whilst maintaining our reputation for service, quality & secure packaging.

Thankyou all for the great emails of thanks & encouragement, it’s sure to bring a smile to a weary face. For us, getting through our flood filled first year of trading has been very tough, but worth every bit of it just to be able to provide the service and know we make a difference for people who have a dietary challenge.

Regarding postage, prepaid satchels are usually the cheapest option for postage, & this includes bubble wrap & a box as needed.

We do use a courier for the same price where possible at our own discretion, as they often deliver as quickly or faster than Aus Post, & we mark the parcel “ok to leave if not home“, if this does not suit you, please advise at the time of ordering.

Please note the courier is not allowed to deliver to a PO Box, it must be a home or business address.

Parcels over 3 kilos are automatically calculated as parcel post, we can use an alternative in some cases.

Don’t forget if you are local to the Coffs Harbour area, you may select no postage & collect your order.

A quick note about Christmas products as so many people are enquiring, and are worried about missing out.

Christmas ordering will be available in the next couple of weeks, pending product delivery.

There will be Starpops (plain) & new Starpops in Red Whirlipop, recipe as well as Large Candy Canes & South Poles.

If you have special requests or something you’d like to see available please ask & I’ll do my best.

Remember I’ll be away until next week, but I will answer all email when I return.

Please make any orders urgently required as soon as possible & no later than 27th October as we will be away at the childrens Hospital & not back until 3rd November at the earliest.

You may still order by all means, as long as you are happy to wait.

The Halloween stock unfortunately has not arrived as yet, the manufacturer is snowed under.

Disappointing for all of us, still, if they arrive we will have failsafe Scary Pops.

Xmas Starpops will be available again this year, as well as Candy Canes & South Poles the same as last year.

We now have NEW FAILSAFE boiled lollies available, containing no Citric Acid for those of you who are super sensitive.

Also available are Round Lollipops without Citric Acid (these will be here in approx 15 days).

By popular demand, FAILSAFE HALLOWEEN Lollipops will also be available soon. To avoid disappointment, please order these well in advance so I can re order if need be. A picture will be up as soon as I have the stock on hand.

White Frogs are also available in a pack of 4 at this stage. Please let me know if a smaller pack would be preferable, as we take all suggestions into consideration.
